18 Hells Bells tokens to get the 7* champion. There are two bundles available per week. Each bundle (containing two Bullseye featured crystals and one Hells Bells token) costs £4.99 or equivalent.
DDHK will be available through an offer chain. Progression through the chain is either by using Hells Bells tokens or spending units.
There's been no info on what the offer chain looks like, how many units of trashed to progress or what the route is to awaken DDHK (hinted at).
The 7* DDHK does not currently appear in the champions list, which is why I still have the outside hope that he might get a minor tweak or two in the next update.

As a side note, could the team start displaying pertinent info (especially as it relates to real currency spend items) somewhere prominent on all channels?
This isn’t esoterica. @Chobbly is very nice to point it out here. But no one should have to scour more than one channel to figure out something like this.
There is no excuse to sell offers without communicating to players what they’re getting. Obviously it’s already been designed so why aren’t we being told? Not sure this ever happened in MCOC: it could set a precedent of kabam monitoring how much people will pay and then moving the goalposts just enough to maximise the whale milk production in the final weeks of the offer.
I actually would buy this champion. But not without more info. It is extremely shady that we haven’t been given the details yet kabam is already willing to take our money.
Know me, I’m probably the only person who’s buying him and bringing him to R4. Don’t have enough sigs so he’d be around 100
I would love to see some gameplay of that. I’m planning on taking mine to rank 3, but I don’t have the courage (or resources) to take him to rank 4

Just don't go into it expecting his Regen to be much better. With his reduced Regen Rate his Willpower recovery will still be pretty bad (probably a 7*R2 equivalent or thereabouts if he's rank 4).

It’s just baffling DDs regen is at 40% while kingpin is I think 50%, yet kingpin always has like 5 debuffs on him while DD you have to manage combo to put a single debuff on you

And, Kingpin's are permanent until they get replaced with the Overpower buff, and then reappear. DDHK was the first to use this mechanic so they went in ultra-cautious. That's my reading of it.
The fact that so few champions have done anything similar since does give the impression that as a mechanic it creates more problems than it's worth.
