Ironheart/Hyperion spacing bug blocks Nightmare Raid

We are facing an issue with Hyperion / Ironheart in Korg fight in nightmare raid. Left path has the mission to punish heavy/special attack from Korg to gain raid fervor, but the punish attack of Hyperion/Ironheart misses in most cases (light and medium).
Other champions like Joe Fixit don‘t have this issue and punish attack hits as expected.

We are stuck and need advice on how to proceed.

    I’m whiffing on mediums with ironheart in war on NSTW and weapon x cost me a death and lots of health. Completely ruins ironheart now
