Battleground season reset rewards missing ?

After season reset pop up appeared for rewards but in stash its missing and i tried restarting the game and looking for rewards in stash but it was still not there 😞

    You have to complete 5 matches first. Did you do this?

    I think i have completed around 4 till now ill do rest of the remaining
