A question for KABAM

Hey guys, my question is: Do you really think we need 2 new champions every month?
In my opinion 1 per 1-2 months would be OK for community so you can put more effort and money into something more important for us, like testing and updating game modes

Which means that new content and especially new champions, encourage that player engagement and while the noble / optimal idea would be to take a break between now (April) and let's say August, and focus exclusively on fixing all the bugs, you would be able to fix all the bugs... however, there is also a very high chance that the game would announce shutting down by late June/ early July, because "everyone decided to take a break until the August super patch."
And if there is nothing to motivate players to keep playing the game during that interim, then Kabam and Netmarble have no reason to continue working on a game nobody is playing.
For all that players say they would be happier if Kabam did this or that, the truth is the game would not have as many players, and would not have as many spenders supporting it, if the game didn't release new content every month, did not release new champs every couple weeks, did not continue to update things at the rate they do. If bugs were going to cost the game hundreds of thousands of players, we wouldn't have any players any more. Bugs harm the player experience, but lack of content and updates would drive them all away.
You need to understand what this game is. This game is a game as a service, where the game is fundamentally built upon a foundation of offering new things constantly. Everything about it is built upon that engine. It isn't just that the developers believe it would be extremely harmful to alter this content pipeline, it is more that none of them would ever risk trying, ever.
It is literally true that if all of us signed a petition to say we would quit unless they stopped releasing new champs, all that would do is cause them to start to work overtime to figure out a way to attract different players to the game for when we leave. And if you think I'm being silly or exaggerating, the video game world is full of games that failed because the developers were willing to change a lot of things to try to keep their customers, but not the fundamental thing they actually were. That fundamental thing succeeds, or it fails. It doesn't get changed because someone thinks that maybe the entire company can pivot to suddenly selling pizzas instead of what they were doing yesterday.
But since you think it's so easy, lay it out here for them to have the knowledge to fix it. How much more effort will make intercepts work again? How much more money will it take to fix other bugs? Is the money magic? If they give it to the game, will it repair itself?
