Kabam… 9.2 seems great. Adjust to nodes and it’s fine. I have I huge issue with bosses. Creating a mini game that is not part of the normal game without a practice mode is complete BS. You want to change the rules of fights that’s fine but let us see it and practice before we have to jump in blind. It’s ridiculous that we have to get in there and learn the rules of the fight live!

    Grind to save units and potions and burn them all not because of skill but because we have to figure out how to play against bosses that don’t follow the rest of the rules in the game. Again that’s fine but we are supposed to learn the fight live?

    I swear it’s like punch out without the Tyson code and even that game didn’t have Tyson under different set of rules.

    No one is forcing you to use them u can always quit and do the path again. It pretty simple your choice

    Yes. I only learned the dexing once it started getting unblockable. And even that only after getting hit a lot.

    That second hammer was a little earlier than expected but you get used to it.
    The second hit is fine, the third hit is hell for me. I think I really should take silk from my next two runs, cuz I only need to dex the last hit on phase 4.

    From what I’ve seen it’s pretty simple. The third hammer hit is a little delayed but once you get that down it’s easy.

    Actually kinda yeah because you encounter this boss only three times and you can complete first 3 phases without dexing the specials. Whereas ares forces you to learn his special at some point.

    Boss design and concept is great but the problem is lagging. During the phase 4 it lags so much I can't dex her attacks.

    Ares, my lowest run was 33 revives.

    Lotan, my lowest run was 6 revives. I found her way easier.

    Obviously lotan is 100 times easier than ares. It's just we don't have much chance to practice dexing her sp1

    If you take Silk for phase five, you have to be sure to put her evade into cooldown once every couple of sp1s. If her auto evade is active, I found I couldn’t trigger the miss mechanic on the final hammer throw so you can’t take off the charges as quickly as other champs. It works but takes longer.

    It’s definitely nice to have Silk for phase 4 when her vulnerability debuffs get you bonus charge removal.

    I still could not dex Ares' specials, but I was able to consistently dex Lotan's sp1 and sp2 after a couple tries. They seemed to make them easy with the visual and spacing imo.

    I think I might’ve just chosen the hardest paths because I am BURNT of units.

    That Kate Bishop, ew just ew, my only good option was Gentle, and when that sp2 didn’t crit I wanted to personally slap him. I didn’t really i’d rest and the whole context of the fight, just was a bit confusing if Km honest and having to keep track of multiple things going on with Gentle and Kate.

    Was probably easy with the options others had but I was burning revives on kate. Should’ve went with the cow. (Well that actually seems worse thinking about it)

    Dexing her SP1 is incredibly easy though? The first hit doesn't even reach you, then it's one quick dash back and one delayed one. Took me like 2 specials to figure that out
