Is the Lotan fight bugged when using Photon

I watched some videos and skimmed over her kit, and I can’t find any explanation as to why Photon would be doing so little damage during the wounded phases of the Lotan fight. I had multiple times where I wasn’t able to reach the 33% cap of damage because she was putting out 1k light attacks. Even my Jessica jones was doing 7k lights during the wounded phases.

    I think this is correct. Same problem for me. 1500 damage on non-crits with r3 Photon when she was in the wounded state. Ph got the job done anyway, but was slower than the other champs on my team. Luke (also r3) and DSH (r2) probably were the most efficient for me.

    I sorta figured that was the case when I found out that my Sauron was doing way more damage than my equal rank Photon. I imagined that even if Lotan had energy resist like Jane Foster that Photon’s energy vulnerabilities would largely reduce the effect but 24000 is a crazy high amount. Good to know for certain though.

    Yeah I assumed it was some energy resistance thing, just strange that it isn’t listed anywhere in her kit. Thank you for the help!
