It’s impossible to play on my iPad pro since the last update today. The screen freezes and flashes every time a fight starts. This issue used to occur from time to time before the update, but now it happens all the time. Even restarting the game several times is the same.

Also occasions where intercept doesn’t register and instead I get intercepted despite definitely getting the timing right.
Over heating problems every time I turn on the game my phone just burns iPhone 14 iOS 18.3.2 also, I am not having any control malfunctions. Everything works fine, except for the fact that my phone is burning my hand whenever I play this game.

I’m loving how i do one action (I.e. holding block, not the only one, just one example), and while doing that action, my champ does whatever it wants like charging in, while I’m holding block or dexing back
Make sure that the storm in 9.2.6 does not load the phones, causing them to lag. I've been watching streamers, and even their high-powered phones are lagging on it.
I had to uninstall the game and after reinstalling all the other modes work except Battleground... Unable to access Battleground the phone screen remains frozen when I try to enter it
The game isn’t even starting for me, despite switching device on/off and uninstalling/reinstalling. Get unknown error every time, and won’t even let me start the game.
This game is hilarious, it's incredible that the Kabam team still hasn't identified this bug... Since I uninstalled and reinstalled the game, all the modes work except Battleground, when I try to access it, the screen remains frozen and this has been the case for more than a week, the season is over tonight... The only solution I found is that I have an Android at my disposal, but it's an average Android. When I try to play Battleground with it, it crashes a lot because it's an average phone. But the only solution I found to be able to play on my iPhone is that I enter the battleground with my Android. I start the match search and as soon as I find a match, I enter and exit directly. I disconnect directly and reconnect with my iPhone. This way, I end up directly in the character selection. Suddenly, I can play this match with my iPhone. When the match ends, I have to start the same procedure again because I can't start a new match from my iPhone. But it's not ideal because by the time I connect with my iPhone the first character selection would have already been done and I end up with two characters that I didn't voluntarily choose. And I have another fear with this procedure, I'm afraid that at kabam they think there is another player who connects to my account when this is not the case, the two phones belong to me but it's the only solution I found to be able to play on my iPhone and this after many tickets sent.

For several weeks now (possibly months), it’s been impossible to access Battleground mode on my iPhone. All other game modes work perfectly, but as soon as I try to enter Battleground, the screen freezes completely. I have to force close the app every time. I’ve already tried all basic troubleshooting steps: • Full reinstallation of the app • Clearing data • Changing in-game language • Switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data • Restarting the device

✅ Temporary workaround I found (not ideal)
I have access to a second device, an Android phone (mid-range and not very powerful), where Battleground mode does work, although it crashes a lot.
Here’s what I currently do: 1. I log into my account on the Android device. 2. I start a Battleground match search. 3. Once a match is found, I immediately exit the Android app. 4. I quickly log back in on my iPhone, and it brings me directly into the champion selection screen, allowing me to play the match on my iPhone.
🔁 I have to repeat this workaround for every single match, and I lose the first round of champion selection, which puts me at a clear disadvantage.

Please note: both devices belong to me, and I’m the only person accessing this account. I’m forced to use two devices only because of a persistent iOS bug that I cannot fix despite all my efforts.
