    Hmm but is ultron really a male or does it just have a male voice? I mean ultron can just use a female voice and make a female figure body if it wants right? so that is a tough one. Please correct me if I am totally wrong about this.

    Ultron is a machine so not technically assigned a gender even though it has a male voice

    I agree, I can't tell what's in Tony Stark's mind when he accidentally created Ultron, and then Vision. Few characters that I'm not sure if we can surely define their genders, includes: Ultron, Vision (both - are they based on Jarvis? does this make them qualify as males?), Hulk Buster (is this the same as Veronica? does this qualify HB as female?), Dormammu, Groot, (ok, King Groot is a "king" instead of a "queen", so I presume this clears up the gender?), Carnage (I didn't read his comics, perhaps his gender is clear, but i'm not knowledgeable enough), ......

    I think HB is just controlled by tony from inside and is just a massive suit. Veronica was made to replace jarvis I am pretty sure.
