They have been delayed on event details for quite some time recently. Compared to last year, everything that once was given 1-2 weeks notice isn’t given until a few days before or the day of. Kinda disappointing with the lack of communication but then again I care more since I am impatient.
They should have given us time to prepare accordingly imo. Looks like we’ll find out at best a couple of days before the event now, but it’s been planned for ages. Never mind. I did my best to summarise expected costs in another thread.
What preparation is needed? Would you have purchased more of the unit poolshield bundles or something else?

To be fair - everyone who was aware Omega Days was an event last year has had at least a year to prepare. Even if you assumed incorrectly there would be another Omega Days type event, you would just be prepared for something else.
I've personally been preparing more over the last couple of months - ensuring I have a stock of resource whether that be awakening gems, rank up materials, sig stones. Saved my 3-4 skill from epoch for this event.
In the stream they said that it will be almost the same as last year's Omega Days. As someone who only has enough to open 1 guaranteed 7* Heart of Fire crystal (5,700 units) I'm wondering if they'll buff the Alpha Milestones (the Cavalier one). I know they announced that they'll buff the Omega Milestones (3-4 Heart of Fire gem included).

I imagine they will. Was all various rank up materials and crystal shards - so my guess is they will change some / up some where the economy has changed over the year.
Hopefully that’s the case. Would like to see some more paragon and valiant crystals in there, and more R3 materials. They could add additional milestones to the omega days track so the overall investment for final milestone is the same despite being higher. 300 units per crystal also seems a bit steep but I doubt that’ll change.
