This is not the way to think of things regardless. You know for a fact you would not be happy to have $150 paid with nothing in return without knowing why or how it's going to be rectified.

If the videos of all content creators had not gone up today, I woidlnt have bought the crystals or even looked on the website webstore.
That's why I purchased them, because obviously it seemed it was meant to start selling today. Based on the videos as well as the store having them for sale.

I just got refunded after opening a ticket with Kabam Support but the refund came directly from Xsolla so I'm sure we won't be getting crystals, but we will have to repurchase.
I just hope they also reset the limit so we can actually buy them again since we didn't get them and they are refunding.
