    Fam is an excellent dual threat. Ibom could potentially be annoying on defense and obviously Nick. I only see Nick being used for bleed metas though on attack and Ibom would be a safe option on attack but not very fast

    Tigra obviously cooks when she can Phoenix is ok but I don’t see any value in apocalypse anymore and this is coming from someone who thinks he’s cool

    NF is a good duel threat, but Fant is even better offensively in my opinion. Tigra is great offensively but doesn't offer too much for defense unless someone can't dex her sp2. Ibom is another decent defensive champ, and the inequity change helped him, but he is still the second weakest. And lastly Apoc, who is only a questing champ without any BG changes. The only quest I can think of that he would be useful for is Mutant Necro challenge, and even then he would just be a sacrifice to make my onslaught or sinister a horseman.

    As someone who used the Recoil masteries basically all the time, Nick is my top pick. His synergy with some of the Deadpools is so insanely valuable.

    But purely as a champion, Fantman is basically tied with Nick. Those two are definitely my most wanted from the pool. Apocalypse and Tigra are not far behind, while I view iBom as a really solid pick that definitely is good enough to be in the pool along with the rest of them, but also definitely comes dead last in the race. He'd be cool to have but he doesn't fill a need in my roster the same way all of the other champs do.

    I think it’s NF but it’s a tough call. Honestly Tigra may prove to have aged the best. I think I’ll R4 FAM though as I don’t have a tech R4. There’s very little between these three, I think it’s just obvious that iBom and Apoc are the worse of the group (they’re still good).

    For most people. For highly skilled people I think it is Tigra.

    For me, I’m probably more interested in Fury. Not sure I want to make the sig investment in Fantman, and Fury has a lot of non BGs uses even at very low sig.

    Nick fury is straight up cheating, I mean how is 2 lives even fair??? And wdym he gets EVEN STRONGER in his second life??? I don't condone cheating so FAM is easily the ethical best champ choice in the crystal.

    Well, getting stronger in his second life is what makes him tough.
    Because like IHulk has a second life, and it's not an issue.

    It's between NF and FAM. Depends on how far you are willing to invest on the champ. If you are going all the way, then FAM, if it's just R3 or R2 NF. Just because FAM has more hard counters, so you want to make them work for it at higher ranks.

    FAM is the choice for me and it’s mainly for dual threat purposes. Picture this:

    It’s the final round of a bgs matchup and your opponent places a r4 nf and you place down your r4 fam. Neither one of you have a “hard counter” so may the better skills guy win. Fury does not need a hard counter to be beat pretty easily so I would feel way more comfortable placing fant down then nf. Fant is the choice for me but I wouldn’t be mad about nf since I have a skill and tech awakening gem

    Don't put him on defense if your opponent has those counters available.

    I really would have liked to get FAM but it didn't happen I had a Tech Gem for him but now it will hopefully go to Bastion if I am able to pull him come June which is TITAN month.

    I think it's a tie between FAM, Nick and Dark Phoenix. All three are going to be just as meta relevant and whoever has them, will probably have them in their deck at high rank. Tigra would be up there if she wasn't so hard and risky to use, a lot of people don't like this and won't use her. iBom is my favorite in the crystal but he is somewhat niche and the science class is stacked right now especially after the release of Red Guardian. Apoc is just the worst overall imo, war and long form content is all he's good for.
