their advantage is short lived and resets every year with every rank

by the end of the year if they have 75r4s and you have 40, exactly what is their advantage? BG decks holds 30 and you can only bring 5 per quest or 3 per AQ/AW.

You won't encounter too often and you do have a better chance of beating these guys than you think you do.

Without people spending big money, the game likely wouldn't still be around. It's an unfortunate reality but they're always ahead of the curve, accept it and take the chance to have a good challenge.
