If you could decide a new champion to be released in mcoc as Dark phoenix' counter, who'd that be?

First, surely this new champion has gotta have Nova flames immunity, but it also has to make sense and not be handed uncarefully to any champ, it have to remain exclusive.
So my choice is Yimir! He's an out of the ordinary Ice giant, he'd be mystic, and he's cool, so I think he'd fit really well as a counter to Dark phoenix!
Basically, in the game Marvel super heroes squad online, he and Surtur were the same boss fight, and we know that Surtur is a real big deal.

If it's Novaflame and needs to be exclusive ish (assuming you mean acquisition wise) then a boss type would work, and in truth that would probably end up on an eidol realistically?
If it's not an exclusive champ for acquisition then Thane, being an ex Phoenix Force user that would easily hold him up to
He's also immune to nova flames, being untouched after Johnny tries to torch/incinerate him in one issue (after working with someone who kidnaps Sue).
A cool feature would be if they fought against phoenix or dark Phoenix, the phoenix loses half its power cuz it doesn’t want to fight the love of its life

And then here’s a one off idea…since we have Mr knight being introduced…moon knight is actually supposed to be a mystic since he’s from the same vein as juggernaut. So, with that being said, possibly moon knight or a moon night character like a playable konshu if they didn’t want to re-class moon knight
In the Avengers:earth's mightiest heroes he used the Casket of ancient winters, right? Well, I can only imagine it's power isn't enough to rival Dark phoenix, but if we try to find an "Icy" counter, Malekith can for sure fill this role with the Casket. I meant, the said counter have to be someone who it makes PERFECT SENSE for him to have Nova flames immunity, this immunity should remain treated as rarely as it is and not just being handed to anyone.
