Can I go for Act 6

It's been a while since I've played the game but I've collected some rewards and have been upgrading but can I go for Act 6 with this roster? My plan was to wait it out, upgrade 5* Doom (I'm comfortable with him), 6* Silk and Beta Ray Bill while also upgrading 6* Ant-Man (Future) simultaneously. How should I go about this? Also, what's an easy way to earn gold fast?

    Apologies for the ordering but I can also send more of my roster (I have a lot of 5* champs)
