I want to expose these types of cheaters here. If you come across this, report it so that he can be banned.

    Because there's no point posting here. And you can't show names because people make posts on players cheating just because they lost.

    Yes it is against forum rules to post the ign when accusing of cheating can get you banned from forums if you do it to many times

    It is not a rule that benefits cheaters, it's a rule that protects players from getting abused due to false accusations, which happens quite a bit because players are salty or simply don't understand how champs work. That isn't a comment on whether or not the player above cheated, but it is better to have a blanket rule than one that comes in and out of play due to it being subjective. It's not hard to leave a name out of a complaint.
    There are avenues to report cheaters and the forums is not one of them. And reporting on the forums will not further any cause of getting cheaters out.
