Phoenix duped once?

Do ypu only get 2 copies of Phoenix? I just did my 3rd run so I thought she would be sig 40 but I didn't get another copy of her? Did I just waste 75 plumes? Or is this a bug?

    How many people do you think have enough plumes for not one not two but THREE copies of Phoenix?

    this has got to be a troll post, there is no way you invest that much into daily and weekly deals
