  I took my Fant up after considering those 3 + Tigra. No regrets - he is great.
  
  If you are primarily going to use D Phoenix on defense, it’s probably not worth it as she is probably going to get banned anyways. May make more sense if you are planning to use her on offense a lot or if you have bunch of long form content still to do. Fury could also be a good call, but I’d probably only do it if you are willing to invest in getting him to sig 200 to increase his value as a defender. If not, he can probably do what he needs to do at R3.

  I have basicially all the long form content before me as i just finished 8.3.6 and got Valiant yesterday. Thats why i cant decide between Fant and DP

  In that case I’d recommend you check out Metal Sonic Dude’s video on Dark Phoenix. He takes her in to Necropolis among other things and she is pretty great for that and other long form content. If that is more of a priority for you than BGs, then you should give her serious consideration. I probably would have done her vs. Fantman if I hadn’t already finished most of the long form stuff.

  R4 phoenix doesnt make sense to me ,either they'll have a counter or they wont , rank wont matter as much as Nick and FAM . Even serpent benefits more than her
