Live stream twitch drops not working 5/15

I claimed two of the three drops during the original live steam as I joined late, I joined the restream and claimed the last drop but I only received rewards in game from the last drop claimed. Out of all the drops I only received 3 reunion crystals. Will there be a promo code for the drops I did not receive?

I watched for the full 60 mins, claimed all Twitch drops, but none are showing up in-game... same as with the livestream earlier this month.

Same here claimed all my twitch drops and never received the in game message this is now the second time after watching a live stream they need to just go back to promo codes.

Please just go back to promo codes it’s just so much more efficient and reliable, this happens all the time and clearly Twitch are not reliable enough to actually fix this issue.

Watched the whole livestream. Claimed all the rewards. None showed up in game. Zero.

I appreciate the sentiment... but 1: this should be easy to test... setup a private stream.. have a dev watch it and make sure they can claim.

2: if these can't be consistently rolled out... find another way to meet the goal. While I appreciate just making a Xsolla store code might not meet the goal... I am sure sending these compensations to everyone regardless of watching doesn't do it either.

@KabamDORK claimed items over 3 hours ago still nothing in game. What’s the delay? Give us a code already this sucks for taking the time out to watch live and not get what was promised.

The drops are still not working. I only got everything but the reunion crystals.

At this point, release the promo code so that this situation gets fixed already.

after reading the announcement, I checked and verified my account is indeed linked correctly.

Any other ideas why they didn't work this last stream?
