PC Pre-Registration Code Not Sent

Been speaking to my alliance and it seems everyone but me got their code today. I know they mentioned doing a second role out in the upcoming days but I’m slightly confused as to how this is working!

I pre-registered on day 1 and after hearing that there would be 2 waves I assumed I’d be first to get the code. Not hate at all on this as I’m sure I will receive my 7* crystal at some point. Just a genuine question on how these things work!

    If you dont get it today you should have if pre registered day 1 the next wave is for after may 12th pre registrations they said you can submit a ticket tomorrow through support

    The email is going to read like this the contest IS NOW ON PC! Redeem your rewards i would check all your email boxes if it through a gmail its probly going to be under the promotions tab

    Same thing happened to me. I registered both of my accounts on the same day and received email without code on my main and email with code on my alt.

    You were correct. It was in my promotions folder haha. Thank you for the heads up, would’ve never looked!
