On Battlegrounds, for example, player with PC may get faster response than the one in mobile with his bare fingers.

Everyone knows the multitude of joysticks, controllers, keyboards , even with autofire or Turbo.

People that already played like this on PC may do his testimony here.

Or Kabam guys may clarify that this wont happen.

The only difference I noticed during the beta was that the PC version seemed a lot more stable. Less lag and stuff. Then again, I just switched phone and haven't noticed any lag since then, so maybe the difference was more about my old phone than a modern phone vs modern PC thing.

However, when it comes strictly to controls, I don't think there's any real difference. MCOC is still very much a mobile-first game that Kabam just kind of figured out how to translate into a PC game with working controls. I haven't had the chance to really put the PC version to the test after the launch yesterday, but from what I've played I'd say that the fighting feels about the same with a controller as it does on a touchscreen, while a whole lot else feels much better using a touchscreen than with a controller. Stuff like moving around the map or moving champs around in Arena or BG just feels very natural with a touchscreen and rather clunky with a controller.

During the beta, I ended up using a mouse for menu navigation and a controller for combat. We'll see if I go one way or the other with the properly released version but hopefully that debunks the idea that either of those control options are somehow inherently better than a touchscreen. The game is simply designed with a touchscreen in mind. I never ever thought, "Oh, this is how it's meant to be played!" when using a controller. I prefer playing on the PC for a couple of unrelated reasons, but getting ahead of people playing on mobile was never one of those reasons.

I said this because while i think both will have their advantages. Having tried pc, i noticed that at times the inputs did seem less smoother then mobile. Especially when hen dashing into a defender thats attempting to stand back up.

Considering the system requirements to run the game on PC are very low so much so that any PC or laptop bought within the last 5 years should have way more than enough power to run it at full spec with no lag or latency, I think someone with a controller who dedicates enough time to learning how to use it will be able to be phone/tablet users

Hopefully it'll be pc vs pc and mobile vs mobile BG rounds.

I doubt this would be very good for matchmaking, realistically most of the people playing on PC are existing mobile players so you would just be dividing the existing player pool into two groups, which would reduce the number of people you can be matched with. This means there’s a higher chance you could be matched with someone at a much higher or lower rating than you just to make the matchmaking time somewhat reasonable, which is not something I think any of us want.
