Send a Request Ticket - Can't sign in

So it been a while since I sent in a Request Ticket.

I rememmber then, it was just click on the Summit a Request and then you fill in the form with your username.

However it now asked me to login, but when I try to log in it doesn't let me, "Unable to Sign In", even though the name and password is correct.

Does anyone elae have the same problem?

    Username and password are case sensitive.
    Try to remove spaces in or after the words that don't belong there.

    Use the correct email and password?
    I got no problem logging in.

    Thank you very much for your help, unfortunately it I did the same thing but not able to sign in.

    Been playing this game for year, and really confused about it.





    Correct Username and Password (same as the one I use to login into MCOC), but not able to sign in to support.

    @Kabam Pinwheel or any moderator could help @SummonerNR and @Pikolu

    I didn't received the PC Email promotion code, so try to Send a Request and can't even login to do so.

    You are trying to sign in as an employee. That won't work (kabam.okta).

    You need to get to kabam.zendesk.com
    Try and push that switch button (sign in with Zendesk)

    Hi @Lordix ,

    Again many thanks for your reply and advice.

    I have also tried the other way as you mentioned. Both email and password are correct but it doesn't accepted it.



    Not sure if there is any other way for me to access Kabam support to fix this problem.

    One last try:
    Log in with "Sign in with Google"
    It lets you sign in without password but with all Google accounts registered to your device.

    Check "My activities"
    It is empty or lists your tickets on this account.
    Log out and try next account.


    Request password change and remember email+password.

    Hi @Lordix ,

    Many thanks for your continue advice.

    I've tries this, and unfortunately it doesn't work either. I gave up, it is just 1 x 7 crystal, not a big deal. Just hope I won't get any bigger reason to submit a request.
