Are loyalty 7* crystals worth loyalty

I have three of those loyalty crystal shatter and enough loyalty to finish the crystal, is it worth it in the current state of the game? If not, what should I spend my loyalty on? I'm in the middle of Act 8 with 3 busted 7 stars and a bunch of mid/useless ones.

    8.2.2. I've kinda hit a wall in progression motivation cuz I have less time to play, but with the influx of the pc rewards and heart of fire I might push for Bahamet.
    Also, I meant Mr. Negative instead of Mr. Sinister lmao. Very unfortunate.

    You could use loyalty for raids.

    What does that mean and what are raids? I only see alliance war, incursions, and alliance quest.
