Nothing i was just hoping either kabam devs would see it or to see if anyone else was having the same issue and knew what to do i just wanted to play some of the daily quests during my ten min break at work and am feeling bummed out that i was banned out of nowhere for no clear reason and i wont be able to play the game ive spent the last few years playing

I downloaded it from the google play store. I had broken my phone a little while back and got a new one and everything from my old phone was downloaded to my new one without any manual interaction is it possible that could have caused it?
That's not a thing. Apps don't just appear on a new phone. The only way to do it is if you use an app to transfer apps and information from old to new. Otherwise without physically downloading them, they just don't appear.
Samsung allows you to transfer everything on your old phone on to your new one.

Its an emulator people use to play android games on pc which is totally against the game rules. I think if anyone ever used that it might be the reason for the bans
Well I kinda understand some of this people and I am not gonna do the usual poke. App stores like Aptoid and stuff like that wether you like it or not ARE 3RD PARTY. For some reason some countries or some devices end with no access to the google play store. Old device is one of the reason for example; but that is still responsibility of the player.

Most of them are cheaters. But I'm 100% sure some of them are not cheaters. Can't do much if they downloaded apk to play.
I kinda feel dirty saying this, is so unlike me lol; but Kabam should have announced this with a warning prior to an automatic ban by a new system...I dunno this situation feels weird.
Maybe some would benefit and delete/reinstall from a legit source. But seems like a lot are unable to do that if in China or possibly other countries.
See here is the problem, if its a modder, then everything else failed until now anyway. If they don't have access to a legit store is pretty much bye bye. So a legit player without Access to a legit source (like China) could have spent a bunch of money to get banned. Sounds kinda terrible...
Kabam banned me for almost a month. Why did they ban me if I didn't use cheats and played fair? Also didn't use other apps. Please check and unblock me.

I downloaded on pc but from kabam and only on my second account i think its probably the beta
As far as I know, Kabam screwed up this time, well, I’m not surprised because they can have so many bugs in game system , why can’t they have bugs in ban system?
But this is so much worse than a regular bug.
You'd be surprised many people without access to the google play or Apple stores download the APK from a 3rd party download site because the game isn't available to them in the region or some other reason. There isn't a mistake in their software.
To be honest, ban should be very careful, any successful game has cheaters, incidentally banning innocent players is the way to kill a successful game, I might lose one of my friends who is a very honest player and uses android device.
You know how mean may lose a friend who play honestly and doesnt cheat posts we have had here throught out the yrs that turns out was cheating that even those friends got so called disowned after the truth was revealed that would be alot btw

No, the ones that come pre-installed. AT&T has one called AT&T Mobile Transfer. It's part of the bloatware on the phones.

not sure anyone can read what you wrote, but it doesn't seem like agree with me.
I could be wrong, my friend could lie to me of course, but if I can put money on one of them, Kabam screwed up again or my friend lied to me, I would choose the later, that's it.
I dont think i did anything that broke their tos but it wouldve just been nice to get a notice of what i did wrong or a better explanation just being auto banned for no reason is so frustrating because theres nothing i can do until the problem is sorted on their end

They definitely have done a great job keeping this game going just wish players that arent cheating or dont know how they are breaking tos wouldnt get unfairly and immediately banned

Thats really frustrating i still have to get gc on bgs thats some proof im not cheating i was at a 3 in a row loss streak and im not good enough so i havent done any of the everest content so why did i get banned 😅

Proof you havent reach gc yet in bgs after the season has only been live for 2 days does not prove you havent violated tos top bg players lose 3 matches in a row that doesnt prove anything lol

I dont disagree and there is no clear inherent way for someone to prove their innocence. All i can ask is that people will believe what i say i have played this game for a long time and i have never cheated i strongly believe that the best part of this game is the fact that each battle is challenging in unique ways and needs to be planned for. I also believe that the only reason to cheat would be to win effortlessly and that takes all of the fun away from this game. No win feels good if there is not effort and loses behind it. So i did not cheat nor will i ever because its dishonorable and takes the fun away not just for others but for myself as well.
