So basically my account got banned for absolutely no reason, I've been playing this game from years and I haven't used any illegal third party application neither i downloaded game from a third party website, and this happened too two of my allies as well.. people commenting here probably won't believe it, as i would've not believed it either if that didn't happened to me..but after a while when you will be in the same situation in me, you'll be able to understand what I'm going through..this is simply the biggest blunder kabam has ever made

    99% of the time they have proof of the ban, they don’t ban people for no reason. I highly doubt some people here are telling the truth but this is a new system so we’ll see

    Yes, there's no way for us to tell. I will say, there's an unusual number of them, but there's always people posting with a ban wave. I'm sure if there were any errors, they'll get sorted out. The few times there have been, they were.

    happened to me once where after going onto the beta and back it said I was banned but after some back and forth with support my account was never apparently banned, so who’s account was I on…
    reinstalled and logged into mine and it was fine though
    been paranoid ever since

    And many of these people don't speak English as their first language, so they would be on Facebook groups or something in their own language. Also, in my experience, it's a small minority of game players who participate in the official forum of a game.

    Sure, fair enough.
    But I wouldn't go to a group of strangers in handcuffs and expect them to believe me just because I said I was innocent.
    These people don't hang out on the forums; they're strangers more or less, and we have no idea if they're lying or not.
    Can we at least get one forum regular saying they were incorrectly banned? The only thing I've seen is them vouching for other people....

    Don't know if I qualify as a Forum Regular, but I have an 8-year History!
    Same Name, Avatar, Alliance (for 7.8years!!!)...
    And I have been Suspended as well!

    No 3rd Party BS... No Mods (don't even wanna know how Mods work!) and no change of Leadership in my Alliance!

    The ONLY change was an interupted attempt to access my account via PC... that I stopped cuz I got an emergency Phone call from a neighbor, and when I returned, I tried logging in with my Phone.

    So, with no seemingly apparent cause or reason, I get Suspended! W.T.F.!!??

    @TotemCorruption Would you classify me as a forum regular? I have been suspended too. No apparent reason.

    Okay. I guess I'm done with trying to see if there are any response from Kabam.... going to wait a day or two and see if they send us compensation for this mess for missing out on Super Daily, Alliance War, Battlegrounds, Alliance Quest, & Arena. I'm just glad I don't currently have a subscription where I need to log in to collect my units.

    On the other hand, if it doesn't sort out in 1-2 days, it's a good time to end my 10-year addiction, by dropping this bad habit and go cold turkey!

    So my account got suspended for a week. My offense was logging to play the game as usual.

    We play the game to be entertained not to be on its social community forums! With that said appreciate that new forum members are not necessarily newbies in the game too. I personally only registered so that i post an unfair ban just the same as others that did the same, Kabam itself should be able to verify authenticity of relevant posts since there new "software " was good enough to make such a ban

    oh yeah what about me then? you can look at my forums history and also have a look at my account thru that, 8 yrs into this game, 4 on the forums, have a modest account Nothing flashy. I have never once violated a single TOS let alone a 3rd party one.
    and yet i find myself banned for a week

    You guys may want to consider that your definition of 3rd Party may be different than Kabam’s. Unless you’ve only used your phone, other mobile device, or PC - then we can’t agree with you for sure.

    I’ve heard recently of players using something called Mobile Game Accelerator, which is probably a no no from Kabam

    Only ever used my phone's and tablets to play, only ever downloaded from play store, one of my many accounts banned for 7 days. This is 100% a massive mistake by kabam.

    We are 1% of the community, potentially less.

    If I’m being really honest, Kabam doing it on the weekend is a kick in the balls to the community. They are scared of the backlash.

    If there was nothing wrong with the bans going through I firmly believe that it would’ve been done Monday - Thursday. They knew something was up so we must now wait two days and Kabam
    hope we forget.

    I’m not banned, I just think the way that it’s been approached is not class. They need a stun lock from Ronan.

    majority of the players don't use forums, they'll be commenting on YouTube videos and pages..

    Lots of people have more time to play BGs. Now they can spend loads of time in BG over the weekend without the cheaters.
