  Some of our players got suspended for 7 days, for using 3rd party software
  BUT, they never did and have been playing the game honestly from a couple of years ( since they joined)

  Trying to justify ppl not getting punished for tos violations no matter what it is kind of funny it is accurate enough that out of 11k accounts flagged only 10k got banned and 1k was warned so the system had to have enough proof that the others didnt download from approved sources

  I have got suspended for 1 week for using third party app but I never used anything like that and who will fulfill the loss of my 1week.

  Some people also downloaded and used clients that were not from Kabam's official channels, but they spent money to purchase some offers, so these people were not banned this time. So is Kabam being double-standard? Once again, I know these people, and they don't use other cheating software.

  One of my secondary accounts is banned for 7 days for 3rd party software, 100% a error by kabam, I'm a big spender I have only ever downloaded on play store, I'm in the UK. The account is DerfelCadarn, throne breaker level.

  Some people also downloaded and used clients that were not from Kabam's official channels, but they spent money to purchase some offers, so these people were not banned this time. So is Kabam being double-standard? Once again, I know these people, and they don't use other cheating software.

  A handful have posted about the money they spent as if they deserve some preferential treatment for being a spender. So that argument is a non-starter.
  You can't believe everything that the people you see on the internet say. Anyone can lie, cheat and steal. There may be some innocent people out there, but they're not inherently innocent, and Kabam is not inherently wrong, just because they say so.

  If you believe the hundreds of posts here complaining, I gotta say, you are very naive. It’s the internet, people lie every single day. Sure some people may have been falsely flagged, but I would bet nearly 80-90% of these bans are probably legit.

  I know both of the two people I mentioned, so you don't have to guess whether they are lying or not.
