My 3 Accounts are all Banned by Kabam

I have played the game for almost 9 years, and yet this is the very first post I post out on the forum, so sorry for those people who judges players' playtime on the number of posts. My first account is made in 2016, until now, its rating is over 4 million and valiant only did the necropolis once, and the second account is made about the end of 2019 i think, already forgot the time, but it's almost 5 years now, the account rating is already a little over 5 million and also valiant, did literally all the endgame content except for the necropolis, well clearly I play the second account more, as during that time, the game seemed more interesting than 9 years ago. lmao. Then my third account is a damn UNCOLLECTED titled account which I just gets on more than every 10 days. And the day before yesterday, I woke up and tried opening the game, and it showed a permanent ban for the first account, a 30 day ban for the second account, and a 7 day ban even for the uncollected account that I barely plays! I got those numbers by reinstalling the game, and trying to log into those 3 accounts. I tried writing emails to kabam, but it just ended up in the game response of explaining the situation, and giving out the correct places to download the game. Which one of them is the APPLE APP STORE, and I AM AN APPLE IPHONE USER! While all those account are banned for using third party softwares, I don't even know any sort of those, I don't jailbreak and cheat, and just because some random game system thinks my app is not downloaded from the App Store, the accounts are banned? WTF! Kabam?! I had spent money on both the 1st and 2nd account, and with the time I played the game, this is what I get. ???? So the next time I can play the game is after 30 days (the second account), and it's gonna be July when I got my timer done, so I will have the update the game again! Then what? Getting banned again permanently for using third party softwares? I love playing this game, it's a good game, it's just that the developer team and the attitude towards mistakes are just BS. Kabam really think they did well this time man, you can see from those clarifications that they made and those email replies. You really don't think you mistakenly banned players? This is just killing the game, and I believe that's not what all of us players and Kabam themselves want to see, but this just had gone too far man. How on Earth do you guys think you can just ban players randomly with some ass system? Why don't focus on those real cheaters in battlegrounds? Why not try to make the game better by fixing the bugs that came out every damn month? Instead of those, Kabam just bans many both long term and short term players and just being a damn jerk when players are asking to solve the problem.

Your first account you cheated to do necropolis and caught a 30 day ban. The second account you did something less egregious, probably warranted a 7 day ban. Your newest account is clean.

You still have the jailbroken client on your device. When it detected that everything was elevated. Your first account was already on double secret probation and is gone to the glue factory. Your second account got another strike and was elevated to last chance. Your third account now has its first strike.

You'd be surprised how many people cheat in this game.

Also, your original post is hard to follow (paragraphs help). It sounds like you used the Apple App Store, but in this response you say you used Uptodown? Which is why you were banned.

yea sure, the thing is that from like 4 years ago I started using apple iphone, until now i had always been downloading from the app store straight with no other BS, why am I still banned?

Because even if it was 4 yrs ago and say you didnt know it was against tos you are still guilty period you dont get to claim not knowing you agreed to the tos when you signed up to play this game yes most ppl that sign up dont read tos most ppl dont read tos of anything they do they just sign or agree and go on about there business that doesnt mean they can claim to be uninformed because it is their responsibilty to know what they can or can not do with whatever agreement they made

To be fair not once in ypur original post did you ever say you were banned for that infraction i had to read other ppls replys to you to get that info so if thats the case no i dont think you should be banned for past egrestions that you were already punished for but sounds like the person under you was right with those other infractions since you didnt deny them

Some posts suggest they used this detection software with no filter on how far it would look back in a user's history. If you ever once used an invalid client on your account, even 9 years ago, you seem to have been caught up in this ban. That seems rather harsh to me. There's a reason things like statute of limitations were built into the law. Not to mention double jeopardy, because someone said they got a temporary ban many years ago, and then cleaned up their act. But this software detected their violation all over again and banned them again. These are things that definitely seem too harsh. If you have played the game for 8 years on the proper software, but 9 years ago you had the wrong software, you are no longer a threat to the game.

I only ever used game from google play store. On my current and all my previous phones only google store

yes this new ass system is just shii, kabam just never learns from the mistakes, not to say that those people who are not banned are just thinking that everyone else got banned actually cheated, they probably just need to wait till next update, then there's gonna be so much of those guys coming to forums and complaining that they also got banned and they are innocent.

As an aside.

Are you sure you never installed the game from an apk?
Were any of your previous phones huawei or amazon?

Connected to NetEase, AppGallery, Harmony or FireOS?
