Buying revives getting nothing

in Bugs and Known Issues
I've run out of unit's buying revives that aren't working. Bought 2 team revives in a row and everyone remained dead. All my units were taken away however.. This is not to mention my saved revives I've lost. Now I'm stuck at boss too scared to buy revives

    Ahhhh of course.. It does the whole used thing where the screen sort of blacken and then comes back with everyone still dead and asking to revive again

    Hey Jboyrox!

    As was mentioned by others, you need to use these Items after purchasing so they can have their desired effect. You can use Team Revives during a Quest by clicking on the avatar of one of your Champions and clicking on REVIVE. On the next screen, click on TEAM, then click the + symbol below the Item and click on USE. If you feel that you have done this previously but the Team Revives didn't work correctly, please contact our Support team for further assistance.

    How to contact Support: On the game’s Home screen, simply tap the grey gear icon in the top left corner. From there, tap on the button that says “Support”. Seek your question, if you’re not able to find the answer and have more questions, tap the button that states, “Need more help? Contact us” to submit a Support ticket.
