Has the ban been investigated and reversed

Keep on getting same reply regarding ban which states " Hello,

The game team is currently investigating issues related to the possibility of false positives in our 3rd-party software detection, and any further actions taken to address this will be taken by the game team and communicated on the Forums and in Discord. Kabam is committed to ensuring that players who were impacted by the suspensions that should not have been are identified and appropriately compensated for it.

At this time, there is nothing further that Kabam Support can do to assist you with this issue specifically for your account; thus, I am marking this ticket as Solved, and we will not be responding any further on this issue.

The ban ends tmrw and after that It will be considered that we violated which causes blackmark in the account and they won't give compensation for losing progress for the 7 days....it's been long and tired of submitting tickets and here it came to the end with no proper solution and our accounts are all affected 🫡

    As I suggested in another chat we need to make pressure on em to get proper reply or get unban+compensation, make many discussions and tag every single of kabam team, this can't be done by single person though

    Yeah bro if my ban ends without proving my innocence i won't get the compensation and already alot of progress is stalled

    What will these compensations be based on? Kabam is slow in the review. Some people's accounts were opened on the 2nd day, some on the 3rd and 4th day. But the review continues and there are accounts that were closed unjustly and not opened. Mine has been close for 7 days and still hasn't been opened and will be marked tomorrow by itself. Probably the next Kabam mistake will be 30 days. Now these compensations are for those who were closed for 2-3-4 days and those who were closed for more. Will they all be the same compensation? Or will they be different? It would be healthier if there was no compensation at all and they opened all the accounts from the first day and did the review after that.

    Probably the number of accounts opened is very few. Because the process is very slow. Maybe many accounts that were closed unfairly will not be opened.
