I have a 5* RH, With the new update u think he is a good option as science, to upgrade?

    Ehh, he looks good. But we need to test him to be sure. Don't upgrade him if you got better five stars. Upgrade him only if you see use in is new changes. 2/35 at best right now

    During the beta my 4*r4/40 Rulk's damage output was much higher and his physical resistance is insane at 10 heat stacks. His sp2 healed for 6% hp so it's not game breaking but very usable.
    But as it is with all champions, play him and try him out for yourself and see how you like him before you rank him up.

    He is very good against mystics and will probably be a nice counter if you are seeing mephisto a lot.

    I wont make a recommendation since I don't have 5* Rulk but I would wait until the upgrade and try him out.

    The loss of incinerate on SP2 for a 5% regen is probably not a good tradeoff and I think there is something funky with the physical resistance because it seemed lower at 10 charges than the current 6 (might be wrong though)
