Is this a hint about Omega Champions being added to Base Pool?

Here, it is mentioned that there is a chance to obtain Quick Silver and Omega Sentinel, who are Omega Champs. Does this mean that the Omega Champions will be added to Base Pool in the near Future? or Did I miss some announcement or so?

    significantly less counters and even the majority of them dont work this meta due to the power gain

    I think the chances are as slim as getting Dark Phoenix in the basic pool unfortunately based on what Kabam has done recently

    Why bring up a champ that isn't mentioned anywhere in this post and is in a completely different situation?
    There's also more realistically zero chance that she makes the basic pool. They said she's considered a trophy champ and that they currently don't have plans to introduce her in any other fashion outside of HoF.

    Because it’s been a year since Omega Days and even then they haven’t said anything about them moving to the basics
