Missing Alliance war rewards due to suspension

this alliance war season i played more that 8-9 wars but i still didn't get any alliance war rewards i played 5 wars back to back but after that I was hit with a 7 day suspension so my alliance kicked me out (so they can win and there rating and multiplier won't drop) and after 7 days they recruited me again and i played 4 more wars after that but after season ends i didn't reseved any radiance hope someone at kabam see's this

They only unbanned people for 1 day and compensated the ones that got unbanned.
If you were legit but didn't get unbanned you didn't get compensated and you will be silenced on support about the topic.

Best I can say is make a ticket and hope an actual human reads your thread.
