Reworked champs being sold through double track

Ravi_91Ravi_91 Member Posts: 5
I have been playing this game for over 10 years now, we are all well aware about the time when Kabam came up with the idea of reworking useless champs and it was informed there will be 2 champs reworked every month, which eventually reduced to one and then stopped completely

Now the same rework of old champs is being sold at $ 29.99.

When double tracks were first introduced, it used to be a once a year thing and costed less.

Now we have a new double track every three months

Want to use old champs who are reworked? Buy the double track.
Want to get Eidols? Buy the double track.

Why has no one been talking about this?

+100%, And it not like those are expensive or anything.
Darkphoenix and Eidols getting sold. That's fiine too.

The champion monetization Tragedy lies in:
OmegaDays, GiftedGuardian, Red Guardian, hof and Torch.

    Filthy greed.

To be fair, there's a lot and i mean A LOT of chards, resources and Units you get for
    $30 + the reworked champion
It costs $30 because is running for 3 months, before it was 1 month for $10, they reduced a bit of units but it is still a great deal

And yet its still cheaper than buying the champ outright for 50 bucks or gambling on featured crystals. Not to mention most of the time your already gonna have the reworked champ anyways. Though maybe not as a 7*.

It's not even 30 dollars. It's 25. So your saving 5 bucks on top by buying the plat track.

You don't need to but the double track for eidols. You also have access to all the lower rarity versions of a character that you already have, it's only the 7 stars which are being made exclusive

And they should stick to selling special and unique champs. Wx, jessica, Dark Phoenix, Luma and next three idols.
Not talking cyclops or bastion or dazzler. These champs join titan and then Basic.

It's damn greedy to paywall old champs like red guardian, Torch, fam, fury and the others.

I don’t think it’s bad and it makes a lot of sense from kabams standpoint. The game is free, so kabam will always find ways to make some money, and these tracks make the most sense when marketing for the average player rather then the whales (4th of july)

    - it’s low in cost

    - it encourages daily play

    - It gives them more encouragement to do reworks through financial game. Kabam is a company at the end of the day. Everything they do is done because they have money to do it, if they can’t see a investment back in what they use, then whats the point of actually doing it?

    - It’s not ground breaking and you will eventually get the champs in either titan or basic if you choose not to go for them. I never went for cyclops and one month later i got him from titan (he was amazing in path 5 of epoch)

Just don’t buy it. You can still get those champs without paying. Like how cyclops is currently in the Titan crystal. I don’t see the problem.

The Double Track is worth the value, for those who can afford it. People are not likely talking about it because it's not a bad thing.

It’s worth it for people that want to spend on the game.

Whales are leaving the game because of how mismanaged it is right now.

If they lose mid spenders because of this, it’s over.

I don’t understand how you can take a hugely successful game and just trash it.

    It would have been fine.
