Question: Future Antman for Necropolis Carina Challenge

Hello everyone,

how important is Antman (Future's) awakened ability when taking on the Necropolis "Dimensional Being" Challenge?

I do have him as a 6* R4 max sig and and unawakened 7* R2.

Am I right to think it's mainly defensive purpose and not needed so much for offense? Especially in Necropolis?

I have a lot of healing potions in my overflow and don't want them to go to waste.

I did the 10 year challenge 2 days ago.
The other 2 challenges that are left are the mutant and the "chosen challengers" one.

    The main thing you need him for is his power drain, which he doesn't need his dupe for. Without him, Silver Centurion becomes a revive nightmare.
    His dupe is mainly for utility on offense, but it really isn't utility that you will need for Necro. You won't really be facing any bleeds or incinerate, and his damage cap is only going to do so much to make a difference. You're better off with the 7r2.

    You don't need him awakened for this challenge, unawakened 7* R2 will do way better than 6* R4 max sig.

    Thanks everyone. Just finished the challenge and he did put in some work. ✌️

    Still this is one of the worst/hardest pieces of content (for me personally) I did so far.

    I am not looking forward to fighting that Spidey99 again ("chosen challengers" Carina challenge).🐑💨

    If you have crossbones or Shang-chi for the chosen challengers, spidey2099 is so much easier. He was way worse for me on the dimensional beings run

    I have Shang and CB but both are unawakend (R1).

    I guess CB needs the dupe to take on Spidey99?

    Yeah, I used my 7R4 for this challenge (with 5/5 Collar Tech), and he was definitely the MVP.

    I did this today r4 him for this challenge -
    - he solo squirrel girl
    - he solo silver centurian
    - 3 revive for spidey
    - 1 revive for sunspot
    Totally destroyed the challenge

    The dimensional being challenge is not well crafted content and is far and away the toughest challenge of the bunch. Be encouraged, everything else you have left is easier.
    I used Shang for S99 in that challenge and it was palatable.
