When doctor strange is gonna arrive??

As you all marvel comic book lovers know that how great the soccerer supreme doctor Stephen Vincent strange is so this brings a question in my mind I hear people saying after update patch 12 doctor stranges age was over but you all if are not aware then let me remind he is still yet not available in 5* so the question is when he will be available

They killed Strange with 12.0. I wouldn't care if he were a 7*, I still wouldn't use him.

He is still buried under the 12.0 rubble. Just leave him under there, poor old dude can't afford to have his good name dragged through more character killing patches.
