  I think your only option is submitting a ticket to support. they ask a ton questions , such as ;
  exact date of your account's creation (+/- a month) , first purchase you've made ( date and amount) these kinda questions.

It is super frustrating seeing how many people can take advantage of their proper rewards and exclusive deals and I don’t get to have those perks due to not getting help from Kabam to link my account to a proper email. I have reached out to Kabam’s email “support” four times now with no success.
  
  Does anyone have any ideas of what else to try? Or in the odd chance that a Kabam employee sees this, could I please get some proper help to be able to enjoy this game as it is intended?

  They do those questions to prove ownership if you can't remember or get info wrong they don't allow for updated email cause they can't verify you are the real owner

  Hello mcoc content creator and mcoc owner please the battleground is very suck we can't Perry and we can't beat because we have to Perry 2 time and one time heavy and when we will go dash back that time healing start so please remove that all things from the battleground Gladiator circuit because we can't played that kind of match I am every match I am dying so please content creators and mcoc owner fix this problem I can handle anymore I spent 2000 battleground and 20 times I died I don't know what kind of buff did you given in battleground so please remove that all things and give some new one do you know last season we got that inevade that is the good one buff we like that so give that type of in Gladiator current circuit buff so we can play a good game and safely so please thank you hope you understand what I am saying because my English is not good

  I am playing this game when the game launch in 2014 December I need one more help please fix your battleground buff event the last season in evade that one is good buff in battleground and I reach in Quantum also but this season is very not good so please change your so we can at least get some points in battleground I am not getting a 1 point also just dying

  I have been trying to change mine for years with no luck and it seems you can’t speak to a person at all without that information, there is nothing you can do unless you somehow remember everything.
