Superior Iron Man Special Attack 3 Bug

This doesn't effect whether I win or lose, but whenever I fight with Superior Iron Man, and use his special attack 3, the enemies health goes down as usual, but when it hits zero, it goes back to 5% health, then back to zero. this has happened to me a few times.
Has this happened to anyone else?

Where do you see this often? arena? quests? or is it anytime using Sup. Iron mans sp3
Anytime I use it. It has happened in duels, Arenas, Quests and Alliance wars. I haven't used Sup. Iron man in Alliance quests
