I purchased TWO tony starks so it should say 2/4 as the valiant offers says.. instead it says 3/4 as I purchased one of those purposely then went back for the correction of 2 variants as they had the 7* gems

So, did you buy the Paragon version of Tony Stark, or the Uncollected version of Tony Stark ?
I purchased all of the valiant offers then I tried to purchase the Tony Stark paragon offers to get the 7* r1-2 gems. Instead they gave me 6* r1-2 gems and refused to correct their error.
So now they lost one of the players that buys all the sale items and lost one of the few players that buys the monthly sigil.
They literally say they can't reverse something because you used items. If you didn't use items, you could have your refund. But you're blaming Kabam for something that you did?
I bet if you show us the amount remaining for the Paragon and Thronebreaker items, we'll see that you bought the wrong package.

That is confusing af too, why would apple refund the purchases he made on the Xsolla webstore. Even if he bought on both stores, why would he refund the Apple one instead of contacting his credit card and blocking the Xsolla one.

Because OP is lying. Seen it dozens of times here. But the wrong package, claim support won't help, claim they won't spend and they pretend they'll charge back the money. I'm assuming they also meant Apple like as in Apple Pay. Which is really just linked to your bankcard. Given that OP is lying, I doubt they understand how Apple Pay works.
Show your screenshot of the UC deals showing 4/4 its the easiest way to prove the mistake. Even support told you that you put the wrong item in your cart with the exact description of the UC package.

From what I can see from your ticket request in your screenshots (could be missing information since we know how good you are with those) is that you bought- 2 Paragon Odins 1 BP Treasure 1 Starks UC Briefcase
This was one shopping cart as support points out. Your later screenshots show you also purchased 2 Paragon Starks Briefcases. In all my minutes of being a detective, I can see how you're implying you bought 3 Starks briefcases and claiming you didn't get the rank up gems.
When actually what's more likely is that you bought them in separate transactions later on to cover your mistake of adding the wrong package. You won't admit it as you're too far into this lie to let it go but that's what happened. Support wouldn't name only a few items and not others.

Yes, it depends on the company and what they're at liberty to do. In this case, Support can rescind the whole purchase, but they can't go into your Account, remove one part, calculate the difference in refund, and return it to you.
