I cant login using another phone device of mine

in Bugs and Known Issues
@Kabam Miike @Kabam Zibiit Login has a bug and I cant login on any other of my phone device, I was initially using samsung tablet and know I want to loging using my iPhone and I cant login, is showing email or password was entered incorrectly.

And when ever i loging using my samsung tablet i was able to login with same loging details of mine.

    Are you absolutely certain that you have your game account linked to a Kabam account and have an actual functioning email and password? If you logout on your Samsung tablet, are you able to log back in with an email and password? Or does it automatically log you in?
    The guys you tagged don't exist here anymore, so they won't be able to help you. But either way, odds are that you are entering something wrong or you don't actually have a Kabam account and therefore can't switch between devices. They can't really help much if you're just typing stuff in wrong. I play on a Google Pixel, but I can go right now and login on my iPad or my PC with no issues, so it's highly unlikely to be a device issue.

    @Kabam Miike Yes, I have a registered email attached to the account that is linked.
    My email and password are functioning.
    Yes when I go back and login using my samsung tablet it log me in successfully.

    I complain about this with a friend of mine, he mentioned that he was had that issue also, but then he tagged kabam dork and it was fixed

    Unfortunately tagging someone doesn't fix anything. Your best course of action is to send a support ticket in game or through the support website, as the forums team doesn't have bug fixing in their job description. Explain the issue you are having and they can do their best to help.
    But this honestly sounds like user error. There's no reason everything should work on one device and not on another unless something is being typed incorrectly.
