Bug with new valiant eq

Hi I have just completed quest 2 of valiant eq, after finishing final moleman i encountered lag even though I have full signal, had to reconnect to find that I've been given the rewards but will need to redo the full path again. Do not want to do this and get rewards twice was hoping for some help if possible many thanks.
