I just got a new phone. It's the iPhone 16 plus. The game worked on my iPhone 11 and despite it working just fine then I can't even open the game now. I've been stuck on the loading screen forever. Please fix this
In game name is FuSIOn529 Email is dylanmsmith08@icloud.com On IPhone 16 I tried to login with Kabaam and I didn’t know what email my original account was with I thought it was dylanmsmith08@icloud.com but when I logged in my account with all my stuff was gone and now I’m on a fresh account and whenever I get in the game I can’t click anything and my screen is bugged please help me.

Game Version Installed: 51.1.1 Game Mode: Startup/Login Description of the Issue: Unable to log into the game. Constantly get "Failed to log in: An unknown error has occurred. Please try again later" or "Failed to log in: Problems connecting to network. Please check your connection." along with the WiFi error icon on each page. WiFi is pulling 900 down and 800 up (fiber connection). I reached out to my ISP to see if they could do anything, but I had already done the following troubleshooting before calling them: restarted game; turned WiFi on/off; tested off WiFi; restarted device; uninstalled/reinstalled game; restarted modem (left unplugged for 60+ seconds); restarted router (left unplugged for 60+ seconds); all with zero effect. ISP did additional testing and restarting of my modem (and I restarted my router again, 30+ seconds unplugged this time), but in the end, they asked me to file a ticket with you for additional support, but they're willing to help test other things if you need them to.
This started this morning (7/10/25, 5am MST), but was also happened on my iPad all day yesterday. Will file a separate ticket on that.

Game Version Installed: 51.1.1 Game Mode: All Modes Description of the Issue: I’m not certain if it’s just me, but the game will consistently crash no matter what, after I play for around 30-45 minutes. This has caused a lot of headaches and I don’t know if it’s because my iPad is outdated or because of the game itself, but any further patches or fixes to help stabilize IPad performance would go a long way, thank you kabam if you end up seeing this and working on it.
