Sparky still bugged (can't Medium after SP1 stun)

After getting Sparky from the J4 offers, I have been noticing the bug where after my SP1 stun, when I try to immediately dash in with a Medium he instead just freezes right next to the defender (Not my video, but looks just like this when it was reported in April: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nbnOB0AWp2E)

Supposedly, it was fixed in April (https://trello.com/c/bLId3iFN/207-when-spider-man-stark-enhanced-attacks-with-a-medium-1-after-throwing-a-sp1-against-the-wall-he-can-stop-in-front-of-the-opponen).

I can't recall specificially if it only happens next to the wall, but I believe it has happened to me in the middle of the stage. Anyone else still encountering this bug even after the April fix?

    I just tried against winter Soldier against the wall and not against the wall. Both medium dash ins worked. Are you maybe dashing before the defender stands up? There are some specials that hit and can have you go in too quick (defender isn't up yet) which causes the medium to miss.
    And if it helps I'm on Android and used 6* starky.

    You can see that the champ just stops moving. Not that the hit whiffs or phases. It just doesn't happen. That's a bug

    I just tested it again (and also realized that Arnim Zola is where I first noticed this).

    Didn't have any problem in Arena against Archangel (I was only able to do one SP1 stun though before the KO, and it wasn't against the wall).

    Practice mode
    Against Okoye: no problem punishing SP1 stun in middle of level
    Against Sinister ( https://streamable.com/amwg8d ): Bugged against wall. Oddly enough, later I used my SP2 and did a dash in, and again got a weird microsecond freezing while Mister Sinister used his SP2 against me (like I wasn't immediately hit by Sinister).
    Against Arnim Zola ( https://streamable.com/fh01vn ): Bugged not against wall..

    I’ve been having this same issue with Sparky. At this point it still registers as though you did a medium even though he just stands there so I just immediately follow with 3 lights and another medium.
