Kate Bishop Bugged?

Kate Bishop starts the fight in Tranquilizer mode even though I specifically chose Coldsnap in the prefight. Anyone faced this issue?
Cost me an easy BG win

    You couldn't just tap block multiple times to get back to coldsnap?

    Scratch my previous comment, it's indeed a bug. Record your gameplay using her & send it to support
