Team replacement

Ok so I just got a 6* Shatrna and when I was a smaller player I used to really really love using her ( I even maxed out her 3* ). But I already have a mystic for my team Kushala and I was wondering, who’s better? I’m mostly quest focused and am in the starting chapters of act 6. I can compromise and R4 both but I’m not sure. Advice? Thanks in advance!

    Also Kush was already R3 but I love shat so much I’d be willing to reset that

    Your first mistake is thinking about the game in terms of having a core team when that's not how this game is designed

    Kushala can handle much more she also has three damage sources which is great for act 6- degeneration soul barb and incinerate. Although shathra has a unique source which is energy damage it would be better to go for Kushala as she can block unblockables and overall has more utility suited for the difficulty of act 6

    You are not going to clear all the content with a single team, where you at right now is a grind. Follow some guides on story and rank up accordingly.

    You can use two mystics and they’re both worth it, but the other two make great points. You have to be flexible a LOT but Kushala can handle a lot, so she’ll probably frequently be in your team. Shathra is great for most fights so you’ll probably be able to use her a lot.

    Did all of act 6 with okoye, doom, magneto, and mr sinister on my alt. Only doom was a 6 star. Act 6 is light asf especially if you already have a rank 3 six star

    Not the point I very rarely have to switch up my team too much ( yet) I’m just asking which is better for Act 6 and so far I’ve only gotten a single good response. Thanks Rag!

    I did all of act 6 and 7 with just an r3 6* cmm on my alt

    How about you check out the paths and figure it out if your going to be snappy about it?.. They both have their uses there is no right answer.

    The real answer is they are both trash, you wasted all your resources upgrading them and you're not even past chapter 1 of act 6.

    The time to stop breaking that habit is now. Diversify, learn a variety of champs, and start learning how to counter specific things instead of relying on champs that can only currently answer most of what you face.
