Is there a list of champions that are currently unavailable in the 7 Star Pool and are unlikely to be added in the near future?
I know that the champions below are locked but am I missing anyone?

    Why there some that are 7* but not available in basic. How do we get a chance to get them like iceman for example?

    Because of kabam selling them during events and in special crystals. They'll make it to basic some day we just don't know when.
