Who to use a tech awakening gem or just wait?

Just pulled a tech awakening, pretty unhappy since I wanted skill, cosmic or mutant, but my tech champions are pretty good but I don't think the awakening does much for the ones that are unawakened so I wonder If I should use it or wait for someone else.

    Smart boat as you, I have two options antman and sentinel, don't have a clue who to use it on. I use both champions similar amount ..I have a prowler at Sig 200 and he is amazing but you need to commit to him with all your sigs

    Prowler or guardian. Both really like the high sig but can do really great things at lower sig. just make sure to put sigs into them when you can
