Thoughts on the 9 buffed champions?

The Rebirth champions (Anti Venom, Cull, Viv, Night Thrasher, Sabrretooth, Dr Voodoo) and the rebalance batch (Patriot, Yondu and Modok). Thoughts on the changes?

I don't care for the change to the SP2 for Dr Voodoo. Power Dissolve doesn't do anything unless they're losing power, so you will need to do at least 2 specials to get access where you can access his damage and power control with 1 special now.
Atleast bullseye still works.
Soon we will get alot more autoblock champs that shut down true effects and undermine then they will release counters with crushed instead or unblockable when autoblocked type bs. Then they will release champs to shut crushed and unblockable and bla bla its just a perpetuating cycle.
However, my thoughts:
1: He's going to be a lot more 'meta' now that they've swapped out Bleed for Rupture. As he's a non-metal Tech champion, that's Huge against Onslaught; and really useful against Storm (where his Pilfer couldn't really keep up with her Prowess), Bishop (where a bleeding Bishop goes Unblockable), Colossus, Cable (not a good mutant to make bleed), Omega Red (likewise), Dust, Magneto, etc.
2: His damage is going to go up a lot: loads more Ruptures, with higher damage; higher Armour/Block penetration; and his SP2 grants a stronger Fury for much longer.
3: Along with his non-contact Mediums and Weakness on Specials, that Stifle debuff on his SP1 is going to make him quite a decent 'Stall' defender; since it'll lower the Attackers Combat Power Rating by 70%.
The only thing that disappointed me was that it appears that his Fury buffs are still locked behind his sig ability. At the very least, NT will no longer need really high sig and he can use Purify as an attacker. But I wish they had moved his Taunt and Fury mechanic to his base kit. Without it, you’re missing a lot of damage.
My biggest problem is his poor buff control. Nullify is arguably the worst form of buff control since 1) some champs including cosmics are outright immune to it. 2) you don't wanna trigger some buffs in first place (regen unstoppable).
Previously sp2 does great power control, but the current one I think has better damage. For example, throw sp1, nullify buffs, get lots of power, throw sp2 even combo, get 3 buffs, then throw odd combo, inflict the debuffs, then go for sp3 if required, all possible since now he can get lots and lots of power.
If only he has better buff control. Let's see how he ends up.
Currently it's build close to SP2, bait their SP to get them to no power (or not, if you're a savage), throw Even SP2, keep building to and throwing Even SP2 while they stay at effectively no power. It just takes forever because he's weak, but it's safe unless there're some other power gain effects in play. I like it better the way it is, on paper, but we'll see how fast the new rotation will be with the increased attack.
If they made Envenom its own buff removal -> Poison (or Soul Barb! Obviously this would take more work to make it not stupid but it could help with his lacking damage against poison immunes. maybe convert buffs to loas? Something to look at.) effect instead of just Nullify -> Poison, they would have something I'm much more interested in.
The other numbers look good, too, with the only ones missing being the boost to the Crit Damage per Unique Debuff and the Crit rating from his Precision buff for each Unique Debuff from his SP2.
