The summoner fest 7 star chest has Patriot and MODOK. The rebirth champs are on the rebirth crystal.
Any word on Yondu coming as a 7 star with his buff. Haven't heard anything.

    He's part of the rebirth pool, that's when he'll make his 7* debut. Is that not self explanatory?

    His buff is still dropping this month along with modok and patriot. He'll be available as a 7* in some way shape or form. Whether that's in a sale or limited crystal etc., well find out soon.
