When will cheaters be banned from Battlegrounds?

The situation has been unbearable and unsustainable.
Not only are there modders, who only get banned if they're extremely stupid and have no idea about the game and are unlucky enough to face a CCP or a Kabam employee, Battlegrounds is overrun with piloted players.
Among Celestial 5-6, which corresponds to 250 players, I know about 15 who are piloted. I know them because I know who plays on those accounts. That's 5%. Detail: I know them because the pilots are Brazilian, and I'm Brazilian, so I know who they are and which accounts they play on.
Imagine how many other accounts are piloted by mercs from other countries. Talking to some mercs, there are reports of mercs taking 4-5 accounts per season to put on Celestial.
And it's unbelievable that nothing is done. What's your problem with issuing permanent bans? I don't even need to mention those who use softmods. Apparently, this game has completely lost the ability to automatically ban, so only those who are reported for some extremely absurd fight are banned, and even then, it sometimes takes a while. There's someone on Celestial using cheats completely blatantly, the season ends today, and he's still there.
Will he be banned at the end? What does it matter? They'll ban him after he harmed dozens of people throughout the season.
I get the feeling you're wasting too much time on nonsense. Nobody wanted/needed this game on their computer, nobody asked for it. I can only imagine how much it cost in terms of money and time to make this.
This alternative game mode is just another nonsense.
Why don't you just invest all your effort into solving the cheating problem? There should be at least one person whose job is to just ban, all day long. Reporting doesn't do anything at all; you report and get an automated message, and nothing happens.

Let's be real, One guy cheat/mod/pilot in diamond, not a big deal. But they cheat or pilot in celestial, that's a very big deal. There are high stakes, especially with the brawl. And most celestial players are whales anyways. Every time they let a cheater cheat on celestial, even letting him get there is a Big L. There are like 600 accs there right, it wouldn't take much resources to Manually check these accounts once in a while.
legit?
My ally leader when I crashed out of the game for a bit, told me not to take it so hard as mysterium and celestial is rife with mercs and proceeded to show me aswell.. so I've seen from a few places now it's probably true..
Radiance is like crack for these people, they're willing to pay someone to work for it..
1. Kabam starts losing money
2. Youtubers start to complain
3. BG playercount falls down tremendously
I don't care much about BGs except the radiance.
Damn you pilots!!! Damn you Brazil and other countries!!! Damn you world!!!
There's a dedicated team that investigates reports of cheating but they have to investigate every report. They've explained dozens of times that bans are not instant. So if you're reporting people through support, what evidence are you giving them? Is it just screenshots of conversations? Because those most of the time aren't actionable because screenshots can easily be manipulated. So you'd need more evidence.
Keep reporting people. But just remember you're not the only one reporting.
But I believe if someone report a celestial players it needs to be investigated ASAP. They cannot wait for the entire season to ban a celestial modder. The damage will be huge.
Btw Brazil had Jair Bolsonaro as president and he was worse than Trump 🤣
But yes, I believe that more than 50% of the people in Celestial are piloted.
It could be less or more, but I don't think it's much different.
And if that number seems ridiculous, don't even bother with Alliance War; there are entire alliances made up of pilots and secondary accounts. In short, there aren't that many players who play the game at a high competitive level. I know this because I'm an officer of a top-10 alliance, and it's extremely difficult to recruit people who know how to play well and have a good account. Of course, not everyone who plays well is interested in Alliance War, just like Battlegrounds.
I finished this season in Celestial VI, but for the last 10 seasons, I'd go to Mysterium and stop. I had no desire or interest in playing Battlegrounds, just like many people.
This player base is evident in open tournaments. Today, from Mysterium 1 to Celestial 1, there are no more than 300 people playing, that's for sure.
Yesterday, I was playing with some friends on Discord and sharing my screen. On about five occasions, I faced piloted accounts; they knew who the pilot was.
The pattern is always the same: players who spend a lot on the game, have good accounts but lack the skill to play, and want the rewards. It's convenient for Kabam that there are mercs who do this. But for honest players, it's pure hell.
It's very difficult to compete against someone who, because they play on five accounts, has five times more matches and more experience than you. This wouldn't be a problem; after all, if you want to compete, you have to strive to be the best; there's no point in crying over your opponent being better than you. The problem is that the number of spots in Celestial is limited. People are paying on the black market for spots and taking them away from those who also spend money and want to compete. In the long run, this discourages people from competing.
