Contact number for support, again

I am again asking for a phone number so I can speak to someone that can assist in correcting an issue on the game side. I have been in email contact with numerous support staff, none have answered or addressed my issue and none respond to followup emails. For a company to make as much money as they do to completely ignore their user's issues is absurd. I've been nice for a week and now getting frustrated. I've been a player for almost 3 yrs, seen glitch after glitch, horrible designs and have stuck thru them all. Now I'm asking someone to fix something and they act like they don't know the game exists. Please respond with a contact phone number, I'm sorry moderators, one of you had tried to help and they couldn't either. Direct message is preferred. Thank you

I am sorry to hear that the Support Team has not yet replied to your follow up message. Please check your spam folders to ensure that you have not missed our communication. If you submit a new ticket, please ensure to include as much detail about the issue so that our team can attempt to replicate the issue.

@Mdntpny23, sorry for hearing your frustration.

I can see that with this thread, your problem is already being 50% resolved (checking your spam folders help, right? why would us even think about it!!! Oh mine!!!)

Just kidding, joke aside, if you do get the contact pls do share, bcos I'm sure some of us have gone thru the same bx11xxxt process and ended up in the toilet. Total agree with you, for a company to make as much money as they do to completely ignore their user's issues is absurd.

Many tech and gaming companies now a days do not even have a number to call to. It's not like some companies that simply make and effort to hide it and give it out for specific circumstances. The tech industry has a big weakness when it comes to customer service. Working in the industry and having a customer service background, I find it appalling how they even make it. There's a big disconnect. If you think about it, the industry is mostly composed of people whose direct connection is a computer screen. They rather communicate with the end user through that same screen than over a phone.

I think it easier for you to call the white house than contacting Kabam.
