So BG rewards are out, and combined with War rewards from earlier this week, it's time to spend.
My only dilemma with the radiance store is whether I should be buying up deathless pieces on my main account.
But my thinking is, I don't like DThanos, I prefer banning him in BGs, and if I did get him, I'd have to let my opponents keep theirs, and not only is he annoying to fight, but he can also nuke several of my top defenders.
Just banning him has worked out so far, so I don't see a reason to invest everything into getting him, especially since most of my opponents were able to get theirs for free.
It's basically game theory (not sure what game theory is actually, but it sounds like game theory to me).
Anyway, I'll just wait until 8* DThanos comes out, and I can get him like everyone else on equal footing.
So with no deathless pieces to buy, I just went for another R4. I had about 1.5 T7B from all the various rewards/content we've had this summer, so just needed to top it off, and then used the rest on sig stones.
Ok, and the newest R4 is Iceman.
I think he's one of the champs who really goes from trash to good with the R4 sig 200 upgrade.
He's not elite in BGs, but he's now a decent defender, and while not the fastest, he can do ok against several top defenders, like SW, Bullseye, Yelena, Dark Phoenix. That's some rare versatility imo.
First test vs an R4 sig 200 Dark Phoenix.
Again, not terrible.
Not good.
But not terrible.
More importantly, he's great for War and other content due to his immunities.
More of a luxury than necessity, but it's nice to have him all the same.

Also I almost forgot iceman is the best dp counter out there by directly countering her main defensive element.
I have manged to pull a decent sum.
Got 4 deathless pieces, the mastery points, all units(need to hit 18k, I don't do arenas), a decent amount of rankups and after getting everything I wanted for this cycle, I'm left with 160k still.
T7b looks expensive if your incoming radiance is on the lower side. Get em when you want them.
Tho I didn't buy full t7b, I'd go broke, need to keep some for emergency rankups. I have 1.5 t7b atm and will see how things will turn out.
Store about to reset and we can get more things again.
Getting next r4 from crucible anyway.
In the end it's your account, you decide what you want.
I would probably take Okoye, Nef, and several mystics ahead of him in BGs.
But he is a very safe counter, so he's very good for her in AW where there is more time and less need to finish with very high health.
It's not like T7Bs are available in the BG or Glory store.
If someone wants more R4s right now, this is how you get them.
The defensive value should be their and my guess is 20% hp should be taken by coldsnap
Or have a lot of units and be an F2P arena grinder.
I have one account where I've spent a fair amount and another account that's F2P, if you really are dying to know.

Absolultly not!
Knew exactly what happed when I saw the word "resolved", in the opening post.
Support can't help tickets on disconnection issues, so they just move those complaints to "solved".
